- Do I need to be home?
- Nope. Leave the gate unlocked or share the code, and we take it from there. You get a photo of the closed gate when we leave.
- What happens to the poop?
- We bag it and haul it away with us. It does not go in your trash can, and it does not get left by the fence.
- What if my yard has not been scooped in a while?
- Start with the Spring Thaw Deep Cleanup to clear the backlog, then switch to a weekly plan to keep it that way.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Weekly plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time. One-time cleanups are just that: one time.
